Solana Volume Bot provides automated trading volume generation services for SPL tokens on Solana blockchain. Our platform leverages intelligent batch transaction technology to create authentic trading activity across leading Solana decentralized exchanges.

Core features of our service include:

As a user of Solana Volume Bot, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Use the service exclusively for legitimate SPL token projects you own or are authorized to promote
• Refrain from using the service to manipulate markets or deceive investors
• Accept full responsibility for all transactions initiated through our platform
• Ensure your token contract is legitimate and not associated with fraudulent activities

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions on Solana are irreversible and that you are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation.

Solana Volume Bot charges service fees for volume generation campaigns. All fees are transparently calculated and displayed before you initiate any campaign.

Fee structure includes:

• Service fee: A percentage of your target volume amount
• Transaction costs: Solana network transaction fees for all operations
• Trading capital: The SOL amount required to generate the requested volume

All payments must be made in SOL through your connected Solana wallet. Fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been initiated and transactions have begun. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient SOL balance to cover all costs including transaction fees.

You may not use Solana Volume Bot to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, scams, or market manipulation
• Promote rug pull schemes, honeypot tokens, or malicious contracts
• Violate any securities laws, regulations, or financial compliance requirements
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the platform's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Impersonate others, provide false information, or create fake identities
• Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our technology or algorithms
• Abuse the platform to harm the Solana ecosystem or its users

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of fees, and potential legal action.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOLANA VOLUME BOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights or intellectual property
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
• Security of the platform, your data, or your funds
• Compatibility with all wallets, browsers, or devices

We do not guarantee specific results, token price increases, or sustained volume from using our services. Market conditions, token characteristics, liquidity, and external factors may significantly affect outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLANA VOLUME BOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or expected savings
• Loss of data, cryptocurrency assets, or digital tokens
• Service interruptions, delays, or network congestion
• Unauthorized access to your wallet, accounts, or private keys
• Market losses, token value depreciation, or liquidity issues
• Regulatory actions, legal consequences, or compliance violations
• Smart contract failures, bugs, or exploits

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Solana Volume Bot immediately, without prior notice or refund, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or our policies
• Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities
• Risk to platform security, integrity, or reputation
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or court orders
• Abuse of the platform or harm to other users

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
